Delivery
All orders are processed at our distribution center in Staffanstorp, Sweden within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish Public Holidays.
A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your order.
International orders
International orders are shipped with UPS. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) on business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way.

The following rates are valid as per May 31th 2011.
Delivery within the European Union: EUR 30, incl. VAT. Free shipping for orders above EUR 200.
The prices include a 10% oil fee.
Swedish orders
Swedish orders are shipped with DHL and your order will be shipped to your local delivery point (DHL Service Point) and notification will be sent by SMS or e-mail when you package is ready to be collected.

Delivery within Sweden: 80 SEK incl. VAT for orders below 500 SEK. Free shipping for orders above 500 SEK.
Packages not picked up will be returned after 14 days.
Important information
All international orders require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.
Insurance
Orrefors insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by the third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Orrefors. Transfer of responsibility will therefore be passed to the recipient.
Taxes and duties
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25 %. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.
